HELIOT EMIL offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt to ensure your industrial-inspired garments meet our rigorous standards. Items must be returned in their original condition with all technical hardware and tags attached.

Return Process

  Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Packaging

  Place the items in their original protective packaging to prevent damage to the technical fabrics and hardware during transit.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our studio will inspect the items for quality assurance before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
